This Lacey girl was no Angela; but she was cute and she wasn’t a bad singer. They had some pretty good chemistry on the karaoke stage and Sherman was really hoping he didn’t flub it once he got off stage and got a chance to talk to her.
After they got off stage Sherman was ready to go home, but when he spotted Lacey sitting by herself he figured he could take another few minutes to chat her up. He’d been out so long it didn’t even matter at this point; he’d have to stay up the rest of the night to finish his term paper and his homework; then he’d be up straight through his afternoon classes. Might as well make his night out worth it.
