As the evening went on Lacey seemed to be focusing more on her phone as she rapidly sent out messages and feverishly refreshed her messages for a reply. Somehow this flew right over Sherman’s head.
Later on, Sherman and Xiomara jumped in an Uber and headed home. The entire ride she complained about Arvin admitting his feelings for her and making everything awkward. Sherman tried to listen but he was distracted by those last few moments with Lacey; something seemed off with her…Nahhh it was just his imagination… Right?
