It had been a few days since Sherman’s disastrous family dinner and he was trying to buckle down by studying at a cafe uptown. It was nearby campus and Sherman almost never ran into people knew. Today was different though, he had bumped into Lacey! He had almost all but forgotten about her since they did karaoke that night to be honest.

Sherman wasn’t too interested in Lacey, he thought she was attractive but she was nothing compare to Angela. At this rate though he didn’t expect to ever run into Angela again, might as well see how things could work out with Lacey. On Lacey’s side, she thought Sherman was attractive, but she wasn’t sure he was the right replacement option…
