When Sherman got up the next morning and saw Lacey and already snuck off he wondered if he had been yet another “disappointment”. Sherman didn’t sit around thinking about it too long. His friends would be arriving shortly to help him with his presentation for one of his classes.
Sherman was pretty confident he had done an excellent presentation, so there was no hesitation on his part to head out to brunch with his friends! Sherman also wanted to just completely forget Lacey, hopefully.
